Analysis of data:

ISO clause 8.4 suggests sources of data that should be analyzed at a minimum to ensure that QMS in continually improving and remains effective.

Customer satisfaction – compliments and complaints –  best tool suggested is Kano model of customer satisfaction analysis.

Conformity to product requirements / characteristics and trends of processes / Supplier data  –

…   XmR charts, Pareto, Cause and Effect diagram are some of the good tools in analyzing trends of products and processes

Preventive Action – FMEA

Continual Improvement – Lean Tools
